Signer Labs ("we," "us," or "our") operates the FoodieMap (烟火小店) iOS application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Signer Labs（以下简称"我们"）运营烟火小店（FoodieMap）iOS 应用（以下简称"本应用"）。本隐私政策说明我们如何收集、使用和保护您的信息。

1. Overview / 概述

FoodieMap is a food discovery app that helps users save restaurant recommendations from Douyin videos onto an interactive map. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect minimal data and prioritize local storage on your device.

烟火小店是一款美食发现应用，帮助用户将抖音视频中的餐厅推荐保存到互动地图上。我们致力于保护您的隐私。我们仅收集最少量的数据，并优先在您的设备上本地存储。

2. Information We Collect / 我们收集的信息

2.1 Information You Provide / 您主动提供的信息

Douyin Video Links — When you paste a Douyin share link, we send it to our server for processing. The link is used to extract restaurant information and is not shared with third parties.

抖音视频链接 — 当您粘贴抖音分享链接时，我们会将其发送到服务器进行处理。该链接仅用于提取餐厅信息，不会与第三方共享。

2.2 Automatically Collected / 自动收集的信息

  • Location Data — With your permission, we access your device location to show nearby restaurants on the map. Location data is processed locally and is not stored on our servers.
  • Anonymous Identity — We use AWS Cognito Identity Pool to generate an anonymous identifier for your device. This allows us to store your bookmarks and preferences without requiring a personal account.
  • 位置信息 — 经您授权后，我们会访问您的设备位置以在地图上显示附近的餐厅。位置数据在本地处理，不会存储在我们的服务器上。
  • 匿名身份标识 — 我们使用 AWS Cognito 身份池为您的设备生成匿名标识符，用于存储您的收藏和偏好设置，无需创建个人账户。

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect / 我们不收集的信息

  • We do not collect your name, email, or phone number
  • We do not access your Douyin account or credentials
  • We do not use cookies or tracking pixels
  • We do not use third-party analytics services
  • 我们不收集您的姓名、邮箱或手机号
  • 我们不访问您的抖音账号或凭证
  • 我们不使用 Cookie 或追踪像素
  • 我们不使用第三方分析服务

3. How We Use Your Information / 信息使用方式

  • Processing Douyin links to extract restaurant information
  • Displaying restaurants on the map with accurate locations
  • Storing your bookmarked restaurants and followed influencers
  • Providing navigation directions to restaurants

4. Data Sharing / 数据共享

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We use the following third-party services:

  • AWS (Amazon Web Services) — For anonymous identity management, data storage, and media storage.
    用于匿名身份管理、数据存储和媒体存储。
  • TikHub API — For resolving Douyin share links to video metadata. Only the share URL is sent; no personal data is transmitted.
    用于解析抖音分享链接获取视频元数据。仅发送分享链接，不传输任何个人数据。
  • Google Gemini — For AI analysis of video content to extract restaurant and dish information. Only video frames are sent; no personal data is included.
    用于 AI 分析视频内容以提取餐厅和菜品信息。仅发送视频帧，不包含任何个人数据。

5. Data Storage and Security / 数据存储与安全

Your bookmarks and preferences are stored in AWS DynamoDB, associated with your anonymous identity. Restaurant data and dish images are stored in AWS S3. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with industry-standard encryption. Local cache data is stored on your device and can be cleared by deleting the App.

您的收藏和偏好存储在 AWS DynamoDB 中，与您的匿名身份关联。餐厅数据和菜品图片存储在 AWS S3 中。所有数据通过 HTTPS 传输并采用行业标准加密存储。本地缓存数据存储在您的设备上，删除应用即可清除。

6. Your Rights / 您的权利

You have the right to:

  • Delete the App at any time, which removes all local cached data
  • Request deletion of your server-side data by contacting us
  • Deny location access and still use the App with manual browsing

  • 拒绝位置访问权限，仍可通过手动浏览使用应用

7. Children's Privacy / 儿童隐私

Our App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
