Signer Labs ("we," "us," or "our") operates the FoodieMap (小店) iOS application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Signer Labs（以下简称"我们"）运营小店（FoodieMap）iOS 应用（以下简称"本应用"）。本隐私政策说明我们如何收集、使用和保护您的信息。

1. Overview / 概述

FoodieMap is a local restaurant discovery platform where users can recommend and share their favorite neighborhood eateries. All restaurant data shown in the App is created by users and community recommenders. The App does not access, scrape, or process any third-party platform content. We are committed to protecting your privacy and collect minimal data, prioritizing local storage on your device.

2. Information We Collect / 我们收集的信息

2.1 Information You Provide / 您主动提供的信息

User-Submitted Content — When you submit restaurant recommendations, reviews, ratings, or photos, this content is stored on our servers to be shared with the community. You are responsible for ensuring that your submissions do not infringe on any third-party rights.

用户提交内容 — 当您提交餐厅推荐、评价、评分或图片时，这些内容会存储在我们的服务器上以与社区共享。您有责任确保提交内容不侵犯任何第三方权利。

2.2 Automatically Collected / 自动收集的信息

• Location Data — With your permission, we access your device location to show nearby restaurants on the map and to enable location-based features such as same-city recommendation restrictions. Location data is used for proximity searches and city-level verification, and is not stored on our servers beyond what is necessary for these features.
• Anonymous Identity — We use AWS Cognito Identity Pool to generate an anonymous identifier for your device. This allows us to store your bookmarks and preferences without requiring a personal account.

• 位置信息 — 经您授权后，我们会访问您的设备位置以在地图上显示附近的餐厅，并启用基于位置的功能（如同城推荐限制）。位置数据用于附近搜索和城市级别验证，除上述功能所需外不会存储在我们的服务器上。

• We do not access your social media accounts or credentials
• We do not access, scrape, or process any third-party platform content
• We do not use cookies or tracking pixels
• We do not use third-party analytics services

3. How We Use Your Information / 信息使用方式

• Displaying restaurants recommended by the community on the map
• Storing your bookmarked restaurants and followed recommenders
• Providing navigation directions to restaurants
• Verifying your city for location-based recommendation features
• Moderating user-submitted content for quality and compliance (see Section 5)

4. Data Sharing / 数据共享

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We use the following third-party services:

• AWS (Amazon Web Services) — For anonymous identity management, data storage, and media storage.

• Google Gemini — For optional AI-powered recognition of user-uploaded photos to identify dishes and restaurant information. Only user-uploaded images are sent; no personal data is included.

• Alibaba Cloud Content Security — For automated content moderation of user-submitted text to detect prohibited or inappropriate content. Only the text content of submissions is sent for review; no personal data or location information is included.
  用于对用户提交的文字内容进行自动审核，以检测违规或不当内容。仅发送提交内容的文字部分进行审核，不包含个人数据或位置信息。

5. Content Moderation / 内容审核

To maintain the quality and safety of our community, user-submitted text content (such as restaurant names, descriptions, and reviews) is automatically reviewed through Alibaba Cloud Content Security services. This automated moderation is used to detect and prevent the publication of content that violates our Terms of Service or applicable laws, including but not limited to spam, false information, obscene or offensive content, and content that infringes on third-party rights.

为维护社区质量和安全，用户提交的文字内容（如餐厅名称、描述和评价）会通过阿里云内容安全服务进行自动审核。此自动审核用于检测和防止发布违反我们用户协议或适用法律的内容，包括但不限于垃圾信息、虚假信息、淫秽或冒犯性内容以及侵犯第三方权利的内容。

6. Data Storage and Security / 数据存储与安全

Your bookmarks and preferences are stored in AWS DynamoDB, associated with your anonymous identity. Restaurant data and user-uploaded images are stored in AWS S3. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with industry-standard encryption. Local cache data is stored on your device and can be cleared by deleting the App.

您的收藏和偏好存储在 AWS DynamoDB 中，与您的匿名身份关联。餐厅数据和用户上传的图片存储在 AWS S3 中。所有数据通过 HTTPS 传输并采用行业标准加密存储。本地缓存数据存储在您的设备上，删除应用即可清除。

7. Your Rights / 您的权利

You have the right to:

• Delete the App at any time, which removes all local cached data
• Request deletion of your server-side data by contacting us
• Deny location access and still use the App with manual browsing
• Request removal of content you have submitted

您有权：

• 通过联系我们请求删除服务器端数据

8. Children's Privacy / 儿童隐私

Our App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy / 政策变更

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
