These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ShipSwift website (shipswift.app), the ShipSwift showcase app for iOS, and the ShipSwift open-source component library (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Signer Labs ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. License

ShipSwift is provided as a free, open-source project under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the components, subject to the conditions of the MIT License.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may:

  • Browse the website and documentation without creating an account
  • Download and use ShipSwift components in your own projects
  • Modify and redistribute components under the MIT License
  • Use the showcase app to preview and test components

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability

  • Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
  • Any third-party conduct related to the Service

The ShipSwift component library is released under the MIT License. The ShipSwift name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Signer Labs and may not be used without prior written permission.

6. User Accounts

Some features may require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
