Terms of Service / 用户协议

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FoodieMap (小店) iOS application (the "App"), operated by Signer Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

本用户协议（以下简称"协议"）适用于由 Signer Labs（以下简称"我们"）运营的 小店（FoodieMap）iOS 应用（以下简称"本应用"）。使用本应用即表示您同意受本协议约束。如不同意，请勿使用本应用。

1. Description of Service / 服务说明

FoodieMap is a local restaurant discovery platform where users can recommend and share their favorite neighborhood eateries. Users can browse restaurants on an interactive map organized by city, submit their own restaurant recommendations, and discover hidden gems recommended by other community members.

小店是一个本地餐厅发现平台，用户可以在这里推荐和分享自己喜爱的街坊小店。用户可以在按城市分布的互动地图上浏览餐厅、提交自己的餐厅推荐，并发现其他社区成员推荐的隐藏美食。

2. Use of the App / 使用规范

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may:

• Browse and discover restaurant recommendations on the map
• Submit your own restaurant recommendations
• Bookmark restaurants and follow recommenders
• Use the navigation feature to get directions to restaurants

您同意仅将本应用用于合法目的。您可以：

• 在地图上浏览和发现餐厅推荐
• 提交自己的餐厅推荐
• 收藏餐厅和关注推荐人
• 使用导航功能获取前往餐厅的路线

3. User-Generated Content / 用户生成内容

All restaurant data displayed in the App is created and maintained by users and community recommenders. By submitting content (including restaurant recommendations, reviews, ratings, photos, and descriptions), you represent and warrant that:

• You are the original creator of the content or have the necessary rights to submit it
• The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• The content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your submitted content within the App and related services

本应用中展示的所有餐厅数据均由用户和社区推荐人创建和维护。提交内容（包括餐厅推荐、评价、评分、图片和描述）即表示您声明并保证：

• 您是内容的原创者或拥有提交该内容所需的权利

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

4. Prohibited Use / 禁止行为

You agree not to use the App to:

• Upload, post, or transmit content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent restaurant information or reviews
• Post unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, spam, or any other form of solicitation
• Upload obscene, pornographic, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise objectionable content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service

您同意不将本应用用于以下行为：

• 上传、发布或传播侵犯任何第三方知识产权、隐私权或其他权利的内容
• 提交虚假、误导性或欺诈性的餐厅信息或评价
• 发布未经请求的广告、推广材料、垃圾信息或任何形式的招揽内容

• 试图未经授权访问我们的系统或其他用户的账户

5. Content Moderation / 内容审核

To maintain the quality and safety of our community, we employ automated content moderation systems to review user-submitted content. Content that is detected as violating these Terms or applicable laws may be automatically rejected or removed. We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content at our sole discretion.

为维护社区质量和安全，我们采用自动内容审核系统对用户提交的内容进行审核。被检测为违反本协议或适用法律的内容可能会被自动拒绝或删除。我们保留自行审核、编辑或删除任何内容的权利。

6. Location-Based Features / 基于位置的功能

Certain features of the App, including the ability to submit restaurant recommendations, may be limited to restaurants within your current city. This location-based restriction helps ensure the accuracy and relevance of community recommendations.

7. Copyright Infringement (DMCA) / 版权侵权（DMCA）

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on our App infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our designated agent at wei@signerlabs.com with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located in the App
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and take reasonable steps to notify the user who submitted it.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy of restaurant locations, addresses, or reviews
• Availability or quality of recommended restaurants
• Completeness of user-submitted restaurant information
• Reliability of navigation directions

本应用按"原样"和"可用"状态提供，不提供任何形式的保证，包括但不限于：

• 推荐餐厅的可用性或质量

9. Limitation of Liability / 责任限制

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Signer Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any decisions made based on restaurant recommendations displayed in the App.

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Signer Labs 不对因您使用或无法使用本应用而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任，包括基于应用中显示的餐厅推荐所做的任何决定。

10. Modifications / 服务变更

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.

11. Changes to These Terms / 协议变更

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law / 适用法律

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
