Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PawPort iOS application (the "App"), operated by Signer Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

PawPort is a pet profile app for Singapore. It lets you create and manage pet profiles, keep health records (vaccinations, deworming, and weight), set local reminders, view Singapore-specific compliance guidance (HDB / PALS), and find nearby veterinary clinics on a map. The App is intended for personal record-keeping and informational purposes.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may:

  • Create and manage profiles for your pets
  • Record and track health information such as vaccinations, deworming, and weight
  • Set local reminders for your pet's care
  • View Singapore compliance guidance and find nearby clinics

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the information you enter into the App, including pet details, health records, your owner profile, and pet photos ("Your Content"). Your Content is associated with your account and is used to provide the features of the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the App and providing its features to you, such as backup and recovery.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for ensuring you have the right to upload any photos you add.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Upload content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts or data
  • Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by applicable law

5. Account and Data Deletion

By default, the App signs you in anonymously. You may optionally link your account using Sign in with Apple to enable backup and recovery. You may delete your account at any time directly within the App. Deleting your account permanently and irreversibly removes all of your data, including pet profiles, health records, your owner profile, and photos, through a cascading deletion. This action cannot be undone.

6. Compliance Guidance Disclaimer

The Singapore compliance guidance provided in the App (including information related to HDB and PALS) is offered for general informational purposes only and may not reflect the most current regulations. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, or veterinary advice. You are responsible for verifying applicable requirements with the relevant authorities and consulting a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions about your pet.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:

  • Accuracy or completeness of compliance guidance or clinic information
  • Accuracy of veterinary clinic locations or directions
  • Uninterrupted availability of backup, recovery, or other services
  • Suitability of the App for any particular pet care decision

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Signer Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any decisions made based on information displayed in the App or any loss of data.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
