Side-by-side compare

The last step of any picking flow — hiring, choosing an apartment, a vendor, a plan — is "put my top few next to each other and tell me who wins". A plain table hides the shape of the trade-off; this screen shows it at three levels of detail and keeps them in sync:

• Columns — one tile per person: ringed avatar (tap → your profile page), name, two-line headline, animated match ring, pipeline stage pill. Remove with the corner ✕; an empty dashed "Add · Up to 3 people" tile opens the picker. Tiles share one height.
• Skills overlay — a Canvas radar with a series per person (green, white, grey). Axes are the *union* of everyone's skills (max 8, shared skills first); a skill someone was never scored on is drawn at a small stub value and printed as "—". Tap a legend chip to focus one person: the others fade to 22 % and the focused polygon moves to the top; "Show all" clears it. Below it, a per-skill table with animated bars and a ★ on the best score.
• At a glance — Experience, Salary ask, Availability, Location, Work mode, Response rate, Signal grade, Vibe match. Each row stars the best value (higher-is-better or lower-is-better per row, missing values never win, a tie across everyone highlights nobody).
• Strengths and risks — one card per person with green checks, warning triangles and a "Move to offer" button that flips to "At offer stage" with a symbol replace animation and a success haptic.
• Agent verdict — "<agent>'s take": a ranked one-paragraph summary (leader, budget pick / sooner start / faster replies, who trails) plus "Ask <agent> for a deeper comparison", which hands a ready-made prompt to your chat.
• Add picker — a medium/large sheet listing "In your pipeline" (latest stage first, then match) and "Saved".

Swapping someone in or out animates the columns (scale + fade) and recomputes the axes, radar, table, facts and verdict from the same values.
